This moment calls for transformational leaders who can confront the hardest issues facing our communities: rising Islamophobia, antisemitism, and racism; power leveraged to silence and divide rather than educate and connect; and ongoing violence and uncertainty in Israel Palestine, which affects so many of us on a deeply personal level.

The Fellowship offers a unique and vital opportunity to elevate your leadership, expand your network, and acquire the critical skills needed to navigate through the complexities of polarization, particularly concerning Israel Palestine. In particular, we invite applicants who seek to interrupt the dynamic that pits anti-Jewish hate and bias against anti-Palestinian and anti-Muslim hate and bias in their professional and communal settings. The program is a strategic investment in your capacity to lead with courage, conviction, and compassion in the face of escalating distrust and hate.

For the first time in our history, this program is open to applicants of all faith backgrounds, and also to all alumni of past NewGround programs as well as newcomers. To meet this moment, we ALL need to transform our leadership.
