- Are professionals or lay leaders with a college degree or life equivalent
- Can identify a specific institution where they will focus their impact. (workplace, civic organization, religious institute, non-profit, government etc.)

- Are ready to collaborate to help communities work together
- Can commit to all scheduled sessions, including two immersive weekend retreat
