In the past, the MAJIC Leadership Training Program has been completely underwritten by grants and donations. Over the last several years, we have greatly expanded our robust and award-winning leadership training program. As such, tuition is $2250 per student. The cost for the program is approximately $3500 per student and is partially underwritten by grants and donations.

NOMINATE/RECOMMEND

To apply for the 2025-2026 MAJIC Leadership Council, please fill out the application above and send the accompanying recommendation form to a teacher, adviser, coach or other adult who will be able to speak to your leadership qualities. We will notify you when we have received the recommendation form.

The deadline for early consideration is July 31, 2025. The final application deadline is September 7, 2025. 

In order to be eligible to apply, you must:

  • Reside in the Greater Los Angeles Area
  • Be in 10th - 12th grade during the 2025-26 academic year
  • Identify as Muslim or Jewish

Please note that in applying for the program, if accepted, you commit to attending all of the sessions. We will update the below section each application cycle to reflect the finalized timeline.

FALL 2025 SEMESTER

  • ORIENTATION w/ parents: Thursday, Oct. 9, 7-9 PM
  • OVERNIGHT RETREAT: Friday - Sunday Oct. 24 4 PM -Oct. 26 2 PM
  • SESSION: Sunday Nov. 23
  • SESSION: Sunday Dec. 7

SPRING 2026 SEMESTER

  • SESSION: Sunday Jan. 11
  • SESSION: Tuesday Jan. 20 7-8:30 PM on Zoom
  • SESSION: Sunday Feb. 8
  • SESSION: Sunday March 29
  • GRADUATION: Early April, 7-9 PM (Exact date TBD)
