The 2023 NewGround Facilitation Skills Retreat is aimed at building participants’ capacity for communicating across differences. You will have a hands-on experience of having constructive communication on charged issues, and both learn and get coached on foundational skills & approaches to holding conversations across divides. You will be exposed to skills developed by the national organization Resetting the Table and NewGround’s own best practices on facilitation.
