Our annual Trailblazer Awards ceremony is coming up, and we’re so thrilled to announce that we will honor Daniel Sokatch and Salam al-Maryati as our 2022 Trailblazers! Daniel and Salam were instrumental in the birth of NewGround 15 years ago. After all these years of building resilient communities and making space for difficult conversations, we wanted to thank them for their ongoing work that aligns so closely with our own.

We will announce further details in the weeks and months to come. For now, save the date for December 11, 2022, at 11:30 AM at the Skirball Cultural Center.
