Thank you for your interest in the NewGround Facilitation Skills Training 2024 aimed at building participants capacity for communicating across differences. Together we shall build a community of practice – a network with whom you can practice and refine your communication and facilitation muscles.
You will have a hands-on experience of having constructive communication on charged issues, and both learn and get coached on foundational skills & approaches to holding conversations across divides. You will be exposed to skills developed by the national organization Resetting the Table and NewGround’s methodology and tools.
